The Ermäßigungsticket
- The discounted Deutschlandticket by the Free State of Bavaria is not transferable and is only valid for one person at a time. It is not possible to take additional persons with you.
- The discount ticket is valid throughout Germany for the whole day on local public transport as well as on local rail transport.
- The ticket is available digitally - as a monthly cancelable subscription at a price of 38 EUR (since 01.01.2025) per month.

Do You Have a Regensburg City Pass?
Regensburg residents who have a city pass can purchase discounted Deutschlandtickets in the RVV webshop → rvv.de/deutschlandticket-sozial.
Are You a Trainee or Doing Voluntary Service?
Order in the RVV Webshop (Ordering via the RVV-App Is Not Possible):
- Proof of eligibility: Fill out the PDF document online, print, sign and receive confirmation by stamp from your vocational school (Federal Volunteer Service: from your sponsoring organization).
- Register (for new customers only): Click on "Registrieren" in the webshop (abo.rvv.de). Enter personal data and assign a password. Open your e-mail box and click on the activation link in the mail from the RVV.
- Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
- Order ticket: Select "Das bayetische Ermäßigungsticket", upload proof of eligibility with stamp of vocational school (Bundesfreiwilligendienst: with stamp of sponsor) and enter your IBAN to complete your subscription. You will receive further information about your order by e-mail.
Tickets by E-mail Every Month:
- You will receive your tickets by e-mail every month. You can save the digital ticket directly on your smartphone via the wallet link in the email. The amount due is debited monthly.
- Your subscription is automatically extended until the date specified by the vocational school as the end of the training period in the confirmation, but for a maximum of 12 months.
- To use the Ermäßigungsticket beyond these 12 months, a new ticket including current proof of eligibility must be ordered.
Cancel Subscription:
You do not want to use your ticket next month? Then the cancellation must be made by the 10th of the current month.
- Log in: Enter your e-mail and password in the webshop abo.rvv.de under "Anmelden".
- Cancel subscription: Go to "Meine Daten" → "Kontodaten" to call up an overview of your subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription.
